All our prices are based on the US Dollar. However for the customer's convenience, we have provided the capability to shop in a number of different currencies. This will help you to easily compare the prices in the currency most familiar to you. Select your preferred currency from the buttons found near the top of your screen.
Please Note: We prefer if you can make the final payment in our default currency. Customers who choose US Dollars will note that the price is set at a 5% discount compared to the current conversion rates.
Currency conversion rates are subject to change, usually only slightly, from day to day. Thus, the rate you see at the time of your purchase may not be the exact rate you will be charged when we actually charge your credit card. The bank which processes your credit card transactions will ultimately be the ones who determine what exchange rate you will pay, based on the currency conversion rates applicable at the time your credit card is charged. QualityCures will only charge your credit card for the exact cost of the items you purchase and for any applicable shipping and handling charges. QualityCures cannot be held responsible for any currency conversion rates or fees charged by your bank.
Once we receive your order, our in-house physicians will review it and send you payment instructions. Please note that our working hours are from 2.30am - 4.30pm GMT, so if your order was placed out side these hours it may take up to 12 hours before you receive the invoice. Once you receive instructions, payment is expected to be made within 72 hours, otherwise your order will be canceled.
While all effort is made to keep the Stock Information correct and current, we cannot guarantee their accuracy at a specific time. Please be kind to accept a refund or a replacement brand if a particular brand you ordered is out of stock. The replacement will be the exact same medicine but from a different manufacturer. We will contact you before making any such substitution, and would do so only with your permission. If you want a specific product, please contact us prior to confirm the availability of this item.

We send products in discreet unmarked packages to minimize customs risk.
However any Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
QualityCures is not responsible for any customs delays or rejections of items. If there is any doubt whether any item is permitted into your country, please contact the customs department for clarification before buying. If a package is returned because it was rejected by customs, a refund or a reshipment will be offered. Reshipment will be made using the same shipping method you originally selected. Using Discrete Packaging as the shipping option may help you to avoid such customs problems.
Please note that Germany, Canada, Australia, and Brazil have inconsistent customs policies. Buyers from these countries may need to discuss with us some strategies to avoid problems before ordering.
